ALGIERS – Tuesday, 24 October 2023 (APS) – The Algerian parliamentary delegation boycotted the opening of the 147th session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) being held in the Angolan capital Luanda by leaving the room during UPI President Duarte Pacheco’s “blatantly biased speech” against the Zionist entity.
