ALGIERS – Sunday, 13 August 2023 (APS) – The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune sent a message of condolence and compassion to his American counterpart, Joe Biden, on Saturday evening, following the recent forest fires that struck the island of Maui in the state of Hawaii, killing and injuring several people.
