CAIRO (Egypt) – Thursday, 18 August 2022 (APS) – The secretary general of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, on Thursday extended his sincere condolences to Algeria following the forest fires recorded in many parts of the country.
“My sincere condolences to Algeria: the president, the government and the people, for the wildfire victims,” Aboul Gheit wrote in a tweet.
“I wish a speedy recovery for the injured.”
“May Algeria be protected against any harm,” he concluded.
