ALGIERS – Thursday, 14 December 2023 (APS) – The Chief Executive Officer of Sonelgaz group Mourad Adjal received Thursday, in Algiers, the director general of the French energy group ENGIE, Catherine MacGregor, with whom he discussed avenues to strengthen the bilateral cooperation in energy, the Group said Thursday in a statement.
During this meeting, held on Wednesday at the directorate headquarters, in the presence of the managers of the two groups, the two sides “discussed several issues related to energy,” said the source.
On this occasion, Adjal expressed “the willingness of Sonelgaz group to strengthen the bilateral cooperation and diversify foreign partnership opportunities with the French group ENGIE in the best interests of the two sides,” added the source.
