ALGIERS – Monday, 07 March 2022 (APS) – President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune received Sunday a phone call from Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, the presidency of the Republic said in a statement.
“President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune has received today a phone call from Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, during which he expressed his appreciation to Algeria, as a liable partner in energy, and desire to work for the development and strengthening of partnership between the two countries,” the statement said.
The Spanish prime minister “extended his heartfelt condolences for the death of an Algerian student in Ukraine,” the statement concluded.
