ALGIERS – Wednesday, 11 October 2023 (APS) – The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received Wednesday a phone call from the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Olaf Scholz, in which the two leaders exchanged views on the bilateral relations and the ways to enhance them in several fields, the presidency of the Republic said in a statement.
“The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received today a phone call from the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Olaf Scholz, in which the two leaders exchanged views on the bilateral relations and the ways to enhance them in several fields, including energy and industry,” the statement said.
“The two sides tackled topical regional and international issues of common interest for the two countries, mainly the situation in Europe, the latest developments in the Middle East, in addition to Libya and the Sahel.”
