ALGIERS – Thursday, 12 January 2023 (APS) – President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune received, Thursday in Algiers, President of the International Federation of Football (FIFA), Gianni Infantino and President of the African Confederation of Football (CAF), Patrice Motsepe.
The meeting took place in the presence of Minister of Youth and Sports, Abderezzak Sebgag, President of the Algerian Football Federation (FAF), Djahid Zefizef and President of the Algerian Olympic and Sports Committee (COA), Abderrahmane Hammad.
The President of the Republic had previously inaugurated the new stadium of Baraki which is named after the late South African leader, Nelson Mandela.
