ALGIERS – Wednesday, 12 October 2022 (APS) – President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune on Wednesday received, at the presidency of the Republic, the chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya, Mohamed Yunus Al-Menfi, who is on a two-day visit to Algeria.
President Tebboune gave a solemn reception to the chairman of Libya’s Presidential Council upon his arrival at the headquarters of the presidency of the Republic.
The two leaders afterwards listened to the respective national anthems of Algeria and Libya.
Al-Menfi started a visit to Algeria on Tuesday. He was welcomed on his arrival in Houari-Boumediene international airport of Algiers by Prime Minister Aymen Benabderrahmane.
