ALGIERS – Thursday, 13 July 2023 (APS) – President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune will begin from Monday a State visit to the People’s Republic of China, at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, the presidency of the Republic said in a statement.
“At the invitation of His Excellency, the president of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, will start of State visit to the People’s Republic of China, a friendly country, from Monday 17 July 2023,” the statement said.
“The visit is part of the steps to further enhance the strong and deep rooted relations,” and is aimed at “strengthening economic cooperation between the two friendly countries,” the statement said.
