DOHA – Sunday, 20 November 2022 (APS) – The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune met Sunday evening in Doha with several Arab leaders on the sidelines of the opening ceremony of the World Cup-Qatar 2022.
Before the beginning of the opening ceremony, President Tebboune met in the VIP lounge of Al-Bayt Stadium with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, Egypt’s President, Abdel Fattah al-Sissi, and King Abdullah II of Jordan.
President Tebboune attended the opening ceremony of the World Cup-Qatar 2022 where he welcomed, in a statement to the press, the exceptional organization of this global sporting event.
