ALGIERS – Tuesday, 12 December 2023 (APS) – The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, had a phone conversation on Tuesday with the crown prince of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishaal al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, during which he inquired about the health of the Emir of Kuwait, Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, the presidency of the Republic said in a statement.
“The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, had a phone conversation on Tuesday with the crown prince of the State of Kuwait, a sister country, Sheikh Mishaal al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, during which he inquired about the health of his brother the Emir of Kuwait, Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, wishing him, as well as to our brother Kuwaiti people, well-being, good health and prosperity,” the statement said.
From his part, the crown prince expressed “his thanks and gratitude to the president of the Republic for his noble feelings, wishing him, and the Algerian people, further progress and prosperity.”
