ALGIERS – Sunday, 30 July 2023 (APS) – The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune chaired Wednesday in Algiers the award ceremony for the top-raking students at the 2023 session of the Baccalaureate and Middle School (BEM) examinations, and the successful students at the International Mathematical Olympiad recently held in Japan.
The ceremony was attended by senior state officials, members of the government and the families of the students honored.
The success rate for this year’s Baccalaureate was 50.63%, and 60.97% for the BEM.
