ALGIERS – Monday, 21 August 2023 (APS) – The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune sent Sunday a message of condolence to the family of General Rachid Harrat, Director General of Communications and Telecommunications Security at the Presidency of the Republic, who died in a tragic traffic accident.
“I learnt with deep sorrow and immense sadness of the death of General Rachid Harrat, Director General of Communications and Telecommunications Security at the Presidency of the Republic, who died in a tragic traffic accident,” said the Head of State in the condolence message.
“Resigned to Allah’s will, I share the pain of this loss with his family, brothers and colleagues, and extend to the family of the deceased and to the People’s National Army (ANP) my sincere condolences and deep feelings of compassion, praying to Allah, Almighty, to grant the deceased His holy mercy and welcome him into His vast paradise,” wrote President Tebboune in his message.
