ALGIERS – Saturday, 23 December 2023 (APS) – The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune affirmed Saturday his commitment to involve the national community abroad in the country’s development process, in recognition of the role they can play.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the National Civil Society Observatory “Dialogue, Citizenship and Development,” held at the Palace of Nations (Club des Pins), read on his behalf by Prime Minister, Nadir Larbaoui, President Tebboune reaffirmed his commitment during official visits to foreign countries to meet with the national community abroad as “an integral part of the Algerian society, not only to address their concerns and listen to their ambitions and hopes, but also to effectively involve them, in recognition of their key role, in the comprehensive development process launched by Algeria and the development of national policies.”
