ALGIERS – Monday, 21 August 2023 (APS) – Prime Minister Aimene Benabderrahmane has offered his sincere condolences to the family of General Rachid Harrat, Director General of Communications and Telecommunications Security at the Presidency of the Republic, who died on Sunday.
“I learned with deep sorrow and immense sadness of the death of General Rachid Harrat, Director General of Communications and Telecommunications Security at the Presidency of the Republic, who died in a tragic traffic accident,” Benabderrahmane said in a message.
“I can only resign myself to Allah’s will. I offer my sincere condolences and deepest feelings of compassion to the family of the deceased, praying to Allah, Almighty, to grant the deceased His holy mercy and to welcome him into His vast paradise,” concluded the PM.
