ALGIERS – Tuesday, 14 November 2023 (APS) – The Chief Executive Officer of Sonatrach Group Rachid Hachichi held several high-level meetings with the managers of several big energy firms on the sidelines of the 11th North Africa Energy & Hydrogen Exhibition & Conference “NAPEC 2023,” Sonatrach said Monday in a statement.
In this regard, Hachichi met with the Chief Executive Officer of Spanish group Cepsa, Maarten Wetselaar, the Director General of Occidental Petroleum Warren Murdoch, Director General of Gazprom EP International, Serguei Tumanov, as well as Deputy CEO of Exxon mobile, Jonathan Wilson, as well as executive director for operations at Oil Serv company Akram Abughalia.
“This series of meetings constituted an opportunity to examine avenues to develop partnerships and business as part of the mutual cooperation based on the complementarity and common interests,” added the source.
