GUELMA – Saturday, 12 August 2023 (APS) – Prime Minister, Aïmene Benabderrahmane, laid on Saturday, in the Oued Fragha municipality in the province of Guelma, the foundation stone for a project to modernise and twin the eastern section of the mining railway line between Annaba and Bouchegouf in the province of Guelma.
