ALGIERS – Thursday, 16 February 2023 (APS) – The minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, representing the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, attended Wednesday the 40th session of the NEPAD Heads of State and Government Orientation Committee, held via video link, the ministry said in a statement.
