ALGIERS – Saturday, 07 October 2023 (APS) – Minister of Communication Mohamed Laagab chaired Saturday, in Algiers, the opening of a conference on the assessment of recruitment operations in different sectors.
Inaugurating the works of this conference, Laagab affirmed that Algeria, under the leadership of the President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, “has made significant efforts” in the field of employment.
This conference is meant to be an opportunity for the ministers of the concerned sectors to present actual figures “that reflect the reality,” stressing that these figures were achieved “in a tense international context, notably because of the Covid-19 pandemic.”
This conference was attended by Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning Brahim Merad, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Fayçal Bentaleb, Minister of National Education Abdelhakim Belaabed and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Kamel Baddari.
