ALGIERS – Thursday, 16 March 2023 (APS) – The president of the Republic, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, minister of National Defence, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on Thursday appointed Abdelaziz Khellaf minister of State, Advisor to the president of the Republic, and Mohamed Nadir Larbaoui chief of staff to the presidency of the Republic, the official spokesman to the presidency of the Republic, Samir Aggoune, said.
