DOHA – Tuesday, 22 February 2022 (APS) – The 6th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the GECF (Gas Exporting Countries Forum) kicked off Tuesday in Doha (Qatar), with the participation of President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
Placed under the patronage of Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, this summit is held under the theme “Natural gas: Shaping the energy future.”
At the beginning of the meeting, the heads of State and Government will adopt the meeting’s agenda before delivering their speeches.
The event will culminate in the joint final declaration, called the “Declaration of Doha.”
