PEKING – Tuesday, 18 July 2023 (APS) – President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, held on Tuesday in Beijing extended talks with members of the two countries’ delegations.
The meeting was marked by the presence of members of the high-level ministerial delegation accompanying President Tebboune, including Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf Minister of Finance, Laaziz Faid, Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, Karim Bibi Triki, Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, Ali Aoun, Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, Tarek Belaribi, Minister of Housing, National Planning and Cities, Tarek Belaribi, Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Lakhdar Rekhroukh, Minister Knowledge Economy, Start-ups and Micro-enterprises, Yacine El-Mahdi Oualid.
On the Chinese side, ministers from the government of the People’s Republic of China are taking part in these talks.
The President of the Republic began on Monday a State visit to the People’s Republic of China, at the invitation of President Xi Jinping.
The visit is part of the strengthening of strong and deep-rooted relations, and aims to boost economic cooperation between the two friendly countries.
