The Ambassador of Algeria to Croatia, Mokhtar Amine Khelif, attended the 14th Dubrovnik Forum organised on 9-10 July 2021 by the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. The Forum was opened by Mr. Andrej Plenkovic, Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, and focused on the theme: “(Post)pandemic Geopolitics – Together in a World Apart”.
