ALGIERS – Tuesday, 12 September 2023 (APS) – President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, at a meeting of the Council of Ministers he chaired Tuesday, ordered to correct some inadequacies through the amending finance bill 2023, in line with the decisions taken to further improve the purchasing power of citizens, the Council of Ministers’ statement said.
During the meeting, the president of the Republic ordered to “correct some inadequacies in line with the decisions taken to further improve the purchasing power of citizens and strengthen the internal front,” the statement said.
President Tebboune ordered the minister of Finance “to increase the financial and material resources to speed up the digitization of the structures of the ministry and its institutions,” the statement added.
