ALGIERS – Thursday, 08 June 2023 (APS) – Army General Said Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (ANP), received Thursday the Director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation, Dimitrii Chougaev, said the Ministry of National Defense in a statement.
“General Chanegriha Said, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, received in audience, at the headquarters of the People’s National Army, Dimitrii Chougaev, Director of the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation”, said the source.
The meeting was attended by commanders of forces, heads of departments, and central directors of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff of the People’s National Army, as well as members of the Russian delegation, said the source.
During the meeting, the two sides “held discussions on military and technical cooperation between the two countries, and addressed issues of common interest.”
