ALGIERS – Wednesday, 22 November 2023 (APS) – The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (Parliament’s Lower House) Brahim Boughali will represent Thursday the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, at the investiture ceremony of the President-elect of the Republic of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, the Lower House said Wednesday in a statement.
“Representing the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Speaker of the People’s National Assembly, Brahim Boughali, headed on Wednesday for the Republic of Ecuador to take part in the investiture ceremony of the President-elect, Daniel Noboa,” the statement said.
“The investiture ceremony will be held on Thursday, in the capital Quito, in the presence of several guests, including heads of State and government and their representatives from various countries worldwide,” the statement wrapped up.
