ALGIERS – Tuesday, 17 October 2023 (APS) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, received Tuesday his Rwandese counterpart, Vincent Biruta, before the opening of the African-Nordic Foreign Ministers’ Meeting held in Algiers, said a Ministry’s statement.
