ALGIERS – Monday, 31 July 2023 (APS) – Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (ANP), has begun an official visit to Russia on Monday, at the invitation of General Choigou Serguei, Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, said the Ministry of National Defense in a communiqué.
“At the invitation of the Army General, Choigou Serguei, Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Saïd Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, has begun Monday an official visit to the Russian Federation,” said the source.
“This visit, which is part of strengthening cooperation between the People’s National Army and the Russian Armed Forces, will be an opportunity to discuss issues of common interest,” said the source.
