ALGIERS – Tuesday, 14 November 2023 (APS) – Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (ANP), held talks on Tuesday, the 3rd day of his official visit to China, with Army General Xu Xueqiang, head of the equipment development department of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defence said in a statement.
