ALGIERS – Wednesday, 10 May 2023 (APS) – Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, will start on Wednesday, on the instructions of President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a three-day working visit to Uganda, at the head of an important delegation, said the ministry in a statement.
