CAIRO (Egypt) – Sunday, 09 October 2022 (APS) – Algerian track cycling team (men/women) added Sunday two bronze medals to his tally at the Arab championships, being held in Egypt, through the morning events of the fifth and last day of the competition in Cairo.

The first medal was won by Youcef Boukhari, in the men’s 200m event, who a few tens of minutes later the tandem Lotfi Tchambaz – Salah-Eddine Al Ayoubi Cheki did the same in the Madison event.

On Saturday, the fourth day, Sihem Bousbaa received two bronze medals in the individual pursuit (women) while Tchambaz snatched silver in the same event (men).

With the latest medals, Algeria’s tally swelled to 14 so far.
