ALGIERS – Monday, 05 September 2022 (APS) – Algeria’s oil production will stand at 1.055 Mb/d next October, said Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, on Monday in Algiers.
Algeria’s oil production level for the month of October comes in the application of the decision taken on Monday during the 32nd OPEC-Non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting (OPEC+), which was held by videoconference.
“At the end of our discussions, we took the decision to lower the level of our overall production by 100,000 barrels per day for the month of October. Following this decision, Algerian production will stand at 1.055 Mb/d in October,” said Arkab to the press at the end of this meeting.
