ALGIERS – Wednesday, 08 November 2023 (APS) – Algeria and Yemen seal Wednesday in Algiers an executive cooperation program in higher education and scientific research (2023-2025).
The agreement was co-signed by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, and the Yemeni Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Technical Education and Vocational Training, Khaled Ahmed Al Wesabi.
In his speech, Baddari stated that this executive program provides for the exchange of knowledge and the results of scientific research, through “the mobility of players from the Algerian university and its Yemeni counterpart”.
For his part, the Yemeni Minister expressed his satisfaction with the signing of this executive program, which he described as “integrated and ambitious”, pointing out that it will enable the mobility of students from both countries.
This agreement “will bolster cooperation in the field of scientific research between the two sister countries, which are linked by historical ties,” he continued.
