ALGIERS –Saturday, 25 February 2023 (APS) – The 5th edition of the International Industry and Export Show “Oran-Invest-Expo” will take place from 13 to 16 March at the Convention Center of Oran, with the participation of more than 150 operators in various sectors, said Saturday the organizers in a statement.
This event to be held under the high patronage of the Ministers of Industry and Trade and Export Promotion, and the auspices of the Governor of Oran, “is meant to be an opportunity to revival the Algerian economy and boost productive investment,” said the same source.
This international show will bring together more than 150 Algerian and foreign operators in key and complementary sectors, said the statement.
According to the organizers, the 5th Oran-Invest-Expo will see a “strong” presence of public industrial groups in the fields of industry, energy, electronics, and construction, which will allow “private operators to engage in public-private partnership (PPP) with these groups.
The show will also be marked by the participation of private Algerian companies in various fields “having demonstrated great performance on foreign markets.”
Several embassies of African, European, and Asian countries accredited in Algeria will take part in the event to exchange with exhibitors, and highlight the potential for bilateral partnership and export of Algerian products to their respective countries.
B to B meetings will be held between ambassadors and officials of trade representations of several countries with exhibitors and trade visitors, as well as thematic conferences-debates on sustainable development.
Exhibition spaces are also offered free of charge to start-ups, scientific clubs of several universities, and Algerian inventors, said the same source.
