ALGIERS – Thursday, 21 April 2022 (APS) – The 19th professional agri-food production show Djazagro is to be held from May 30 to June 2 at the Exhibition Centre of Algiers, with a foreign participation expected to reach 70%, the event’s organizers said Thursday in a statement.
The event is due to be attended by nearly 500 exhibitors, from 25 countries, specialized in six sectors, namely food packaging, industrial hygiene and analysis, handling, transportation and storage, materials and equipment as well as raw materials and semi-finished products.
According to the event’s organizers, more than 20,000 professionals, from the agri-food industries, bakery, hotel and restaurant industry, import-export business and equipment distributors are expected to visit the show.
Djazagro will reward, through the Djaz’Innov contest, the best innovative equipment and products in the agri-food industry, the statement said.
